RHF Secretary-General receives Turkish Ambassador, Kaaf Humanitarian Executive Director

Manama, Mar. 29 (BNA): Secretary-General of the Royal Humanitarian Foundation (RHF), CEO of the National Committee to Support the Earthquake Victims in Türkiye and Syria, Dr. Mustafa Al-Sayed Al-Ameen, received here today Turkish Ambassador to Bahrain, Esin Cakil, and Executive Director of Charitable Affairs at Kaaf Humanitarian, Shaikh Tariq Taha Al-Shaikh.

 

During the meeting, Taha Al-Shaikh presented Kaaf humanitarian’s contribution to the temporary housing project, which is implemented by the Royal Humanitarian Foundation to provide a safe and stable environment for those who had lost their homes due to the devastating earthquake in Türkiye.


 
Dr. Al-Sayed appreciated Kaaf Humanitarian’s initiative and effective partnership with the Royal Humanitarian Foundation to implement the royal directives to support those affected by the earthquake in Türkiye.
 
He called on all charitable and professional societies to follow in the footsteps of Kaaf Humanitarian to unify national efforts to support brothers in Syria and Turkey, commending the efforts of the Turkish Ambassador in strengthening the bonds of fraternal relations between Bahrain and Türkiye.
 
Shaikh Tariq Taha lauded His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa’s unwavering interest in extending a helping hand to those affected by the devastating earthquake by providing them with humanitarian aid, affirming that Kaaf Humanitarian is honoured to implement the royal directives by supporting the quake victims in Syria and Türkiye, in a way that reflects the true image of the kingdom’s leadership, government and people, and their keenness to assist the afflicted brotherly peoples and countries.
 
The Turkish Ambassador lauded HM King Hamad’s directives to support those affected by the earthquake in her country, commending the efforts of the RHF, led by HM the King’s Representative for Humanitarian Work and Youth Affairs, His Highness Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, to deliver humanitarian aid to the quake victims in Türkiye. She also praised the field visits made by Dr. Al-Sayed to the quake-hit regions in her country to collect first-hand information about the main needs and identify the size of the destruction caused by the earthquake.
 
Ambassador Esin Cakil hailed the support of the kingdom’s leadership, government and people to Türkiye and its people to mitigate the effects of the devastating earthquake, noting that Bahrain has been, and still is, at the forefront of humanitarian work providers, delivering relief aid to the afflicted and stricken peoples in various countries.
