1st Int’l Confab On Parasitology, Parasite Diseases Planned

Tehran, Aug 6, IRNA – Cabinet approved a proposal by the Health, Treatment and Medical Education Ministry to hold the First International Conference on Parasitology and Parasite Diseases. The event will be organized by Kerman Medical Science and Heath and Treatment Services University from October 16-18. The event will be held in cooperation with the European Federation for Parasitologists, Iran’s Society for Parasitologists, Health, Treatment and Medical Education Ministry’s Center for Management of Diseases, Kerman Center for Infectious Diseases and Kerman University. Experts from Iran, Germany, Australia, Sudan, Turkey, Egypt, Russia and Italy will take part in the event. The conference will seek to prepare the ground for presenting the latest achievements in the field, exchanging views, promoting cooperation between the medical universities and using the experience of the participants in diagnosing and controlling the parasite disease./end
