230 Wrestlers Participate In National Junior Wrestling Championship

Padang, W Sumatra, June 5 (Antara) - A total of 230 wrestlers from 13 provinces take part in the National Junior Wrestling Championship starting June 5 to 8 in the Junior High School (SMP) 30 sports hall, an official said. "The 230 wrestlers are from 13 provincial organizing offices of the Indonesian Wrestling Association (PGSI)," organizing committee chairman of the Wrestling Championship, Ilmarizal, said here on Wednesday. According to him, the 2013 National Junior Wrestling Championship will be put into the permanent calendar of PGSI Executive Board. The participating athletes are from Jambi, South Kalimantan, East Kalimantan, West Java, Central Java, East Java, Banten, Bangka Belitung, Riau, Bengkulu, North Sumatra, Jakarta and West Sumatra as the host. West Sumatra Governor, Irwan Prayitno is expected to open the National Junior Wrestling Championship, Ilmarizal said.
