24th Arabian Gulf Cup: Qatar Beats Yemen 6-0

Doha, November 30 (QNA) - Qatar defeated Friday Yemen 6-0, in the match they played Friday at Khalifa International Stadium as part of Group A of the Arabian Gulf Cup of Nations 2019 hosted by Doha until December 8. Abdulkarim Hassan scored a hattrick. His goals came in the 29th, 37th, and 72nd minute. Al Moez Ali added one in the 57th minute, Abdullah Al Ahraq added another in the 85th minute, and Akram Afif completed the scoring with a goal in the 90th minute. The result helped Qatar get back in the group, after they lost the opening match to Iraq. Qatar are now second in the group behind Iraq, who have reached the semi-finals of the competition. Yemen for its part became the first team to get knocked out of the competition. (QNA)
