Bahrain's Youth Minister attends national squad training

Manama, (BNA): Youth and Sport Affairs Minister Aymen bin Tawfik Almoayyed attended the training of the national football team at the Khalifa Sport City in Isa Town. Bahrain Football Association (BFA) Shaikh Ali bin Khalifa bin Ahmed Al-Khalifa and Supreme Council for Youth and Sports (SCYS) Assistant-Secretary General, Bahrain Olympic Committee (BOC) Secretary-General Abdulrahman Askar attended. The national football squad is stepping up preparations to take on Tajikistan in a friendly match ahead of the Asian Cup of Nations 2019, which will kick-off on the 5th of January and run until the 1st of February in the United Arab Emirates. The minister met Bahrain Football Association (BFA) Shaikh Ali bin Khalifa bin Ahmed Al-Khalifa, deputy chairman for technical affairs Shaikh Khalid bin Salman Al-Khalifa and other officials.
