Faisal bin Rashid stresses importance of Turkmenistan delegation's visit to Bahrain

Manama, Apr. 9 (BNA): HH Shaikh Faisal bin Rashid Al Khalifa, President of Bahrain Royal Equestrian and Endurance Federation and Vice President of the Supreme Council for Environment visited the Turkmenistan delegation who is in the Kingdom of Bahrain to perform a show in the opening ceremony of Bahrain Animal Production Show (Mara'ee 5) on Tuesday. During his visit, HH Shaikh Faisal bin Rashid said that he looks forward to strengthening the ties between the two brotherly countries in the equestrian sports, praising the levels of the Turkmenistan jockeys in the equestrian sports as well as their high skills. He stressed the importance of the equestrian sport in bolstering the ties among the people of Bahrain and Turkmenistan, wishing the delegation enormous success. Moreover, HH Shaikh Faisal viewed several Turkmenistani horses and was briefed on their history. At the end of his visit, he was given a souvenir by the delegation, who expressed their warm thanks to the Kingdom of Bahrain for welcoming them to perform a show in the opening day of Mara'ee 5, hailing the Kingdom's role in the success and development of the equestrian sport. It's worth noting that the participating delegation had earlier delivered a show during the visit of HM King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, the King of the Kingdom of Bahrain to Turkmenistan capital Ashgabat.
