HH Shaikh Nasser congratulated by Youth Minister

Manama, Feb. 20 (BNA): Youth and Sports Affairs Minister, Ayman Tawfiq Al-Moayyad, has congratulated the Representative of HM the King for Charity Work and Youth Affairs, Supreme Council for Youth and Sports (SCYS), and Bahrain Olympic Committee (BOC) President, HH Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, on the Bahrain Merida Pro Cycling team’s success in reaching the podium in the Tour of Oman after Sonny Colbrelli’s win of the first place. The minister credited HH Shaikh Nasser with the exploit of the Bahrain Merida Pro Cycling team, noting that his constant follow-up and support for cyclists, as well as the technical and administrative staff have contributed to their success in attaining landmark achievements at various international gatherings. Al-Moayyad valued highly the efforts exerted by team member, Sonny Colbrelli, during the Oman Tour, expressing confidence that the team is able to reach podiums in the coming chamoionships.
