Nasser 12 participants granted cash prizes

Manama, June 10 (BNA): Following the directives of HM the King’s Representative for Charity Work and Youth Affairs and Chairman of the Supreme Council for Youth and Sports, HH Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the organising committee of the Nasser bin Hamad Ramadan Sports Tournament (Nasser 12) has completed all procedures and distributed cash prizes to winning teams and all participants. The distribution ceremony was held at HH Shaikh Nasser’s Media Office, in the presence of the tournament’s chairman, Ali Al-Majid, and Coordinator-General, Mohammed Tooq. On the occasion, HH Shaikh Nasser stressed that the outstanding success of Nasser 12 was the outcome of the cooperation of its organisers and their keenness to achieve its goals and enrich Bahraini sports. HH Shaikh Nasser paid tribute to the participating teams for their keenness to prepare well for the tournament, which, he said, contributed to its success. Heads and representatives of the participating teams expressed thanks and appreciation to HH Shaikh Nasser for his directives to grant cash prizes to the participants. They affirmed that HH Shaikh Nasser’s constant follow-up and interest have contributed to the success of Nasser 12.
