QSL: Al Rayyan and Al Ahli Coaches Confirm Confidence in their Teams Ahead of Their Confrontation

Doha, February 26 (QNA) - Al Rayyan coach Diego Aguirre spoke to the media today ahead of their 2019-20 QNB Stars League Week 16 match against Al Ahli. Al Rayyan coach said: "The league has started moving quickly to the last stages and the points have become more important. After our draw against Al Khor in the last match, we want to provide a strong level and win three points against Al Ahli. I fully trust the players who perform well in training and matches, but I ask them to provide better levels to bag all points. "The picture is clear in front of us. We do not want to link the performance in the previous game with the next, because each match has its own circumstances, we know what is required of us, we should first provide our known level, and we play to win, until we find ourselves in a position that allows us to compete for the title" he added. Aguirre pointed out: "It is true that we have pressure because of the desire to win, but we are not afraid of it, we are used to that. I do not want to evaluate the team now. I wait till the league ends, but we can say that we are a very good team, we have good players and we can beat any opponent. But we have to prove it on the field and this is what I always say to my players." For his part, Al Ahli coach Nebojsa Jovovic spoke about QNB Stars League Week 16 match against Al Rayyan, and said "We have benefited a lot from our preparations to face Al Rayyan.
