QVF to Complete Sports Activity Competitions for Season 2019/2020 in September

Doha, March 25 (QNA) - The Qatar Volleyball Federation (QVF) decided today to postponed the last round of the men's general league competition and complete the sports activity competitions for the season 2019/2020 in September 2020 before the start of the upcoming sports season 2020/2021 activity. A QVF statement said that in light of the current conditions due to the spread of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) and in the interest of the safety of all members of volleyball and the Qatari community, the board of directors decided to complete the General League and HH the Amir Cup and Qatar Cup and the National Men's Championship before the beginning of the next sports season in September 2020. It was also decided to cancel the cup competitions for the ages groups and the rest of the beach volleyball season.
