World 9-Ball Championship to Begin Today

Doha, June 18 (QNA) - The 2012 World 9-Ball Championship (W9BC) will begin at Al-Sadd SC Indoor Hall in Doha on Monday. The championship will feature the participation of 200 players representing 50 nations. Around 13 players will represent the host nation in the preliminary round alongside other six players will compete directly in the main round. The six Qatari players who will compete directly in the main round are Bashar Hussain, Ali Al-Obaidly, Abdulatif Al-Fawal, Walid Majed, Mohammad Al-Buainain and Mohammad Al-Benali. (QNA)
