Doha, October 04 (QNA) - Bahrain's Salwa Eid Naser won Thursday a gold medal after winning the 400 meters race as part of the World Athletics Championships, that are currently taking place in Qatar. Naser, who won a silver in London, finished the race in 48.14 seconds. She edged past Rio gold-medalist Shaunae Miller-Uibo from the Bahamas, who finished the race in 48.37 seconds. Jamaica's Shericka Jackson came in third place, finishing the race in 49.47 seconds. (QNA)
