President of Kazakhstan, Nursultan Nazarbayev’s official visit to the US has attracted the attention of the international mass media. Darlene Superville from The Washington Post and Rebecca Ballhaus from The Wall Street Journal, highlighted that during the visit heads of the two states agreed on strengthening cooperation in security, trade and investments. The journalists also mentioned the agreements made during the meetings. Both authors mention that the countries will start technical consultations as part of the strategic energy dialogue in 2018.
