Iran Resumes Exports Via Khosravi Border

Qasr-e Shirin, Kermanshah prov, Sept 9, IRNA – Iran resumed export of goods to Iraq via Khosravi border in this western province Saturday morning. Governor of this border city Hossein Parvin said that based on agreements reached between the two countries, Iranian trucks carrying exported goods will be able to cross the border non-stop and head for various destinations inside Iraq. He said the Iraqi officials have also voiced readiness to transit Iranian goods to Syria. According to the official, 130 trucks are carrying Iranian goods such as cement, glass, vegetables, tiles and ceramics to Iraq everyday./end
