Photos taken by late King on display

BANGKOK, Nov 5 (TNA) - Rare photographs taken by His Majesty the late King Bhumibol Adulyadej with some of them have never been shown before are now being exhibited at the Bangkok Art and Culture Centre. Jointly organised by the Bangkok Art and Culture Centre Foundation and the Royal Photographic Society of Thailand, the exhibition named ‘Through the Lens of His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej’ displays some 200 photographs taken by the late King. The exhibition is divided into three periods of his lifetime. They are the beginning of the reign, which is a collection of black-and-white photographs while the second displays the middle of the reign, featuring His Majesty the late King working at various places for different projects and the last part shows photographs of him staying at the summer resort Klai Kangwon Palace with his pet dogs. The exhibition ends on January 7 next year. (TNA)
