Azerbaijan, OSCE discuss Armenia-Azerbaijan, Nagorno-Karabakh conflict

Baku, April 11 (AzerTAc). Azerbaijan’s Minister of Defense, Colonel General Safar Abiyev has today received OSCE Deputy Secretary General Adam Kobieracki to discuss the Armenia-Azerbaijan, Nagorno-Karabakh conflict. Touching upon the reasons of the protraction of the problem, Azerbaijani minister noted that the four resolutions adopted by the UN had not been fulfilled and no results had been achieved during the activity of the OSCE Minsk Group over 20 years. Responding to Kobieracki's question about the flights to Nagorno-Karabakh, Abiyev said: "The flights can be operated to Nagorno-Karabakh only after the state of war ends. First of all, Armenian armed units must leave the Azerbaijani territories."
