Iran Dismisses Alleged Interference In Syria

New York, Sept 6, IRNA – Iran's Ambassador and deputy permanent representative to the United Nations Eshaq al-Habib on Wednesday dismissed Israeli allegation about Iranian interference in Syria. Speaking in the UN General Assembly which was held to review current developments in Syria, he dismissed statement of Israeli representative to United Nations Ron Prosor about Iranian interference in Syria. He said that the Zionist regime uses any opportunity to deviate public opinion from continued occupation of Palestinian territories and its tyranny against the real owners of Palestine and the allegations made by the Zionist regime are interpreted at the same context. Criticizing such mockery statements made by the Zionist Representative to the United Nations on Iran's role and involvement in Syrian developments, he said the world public opinion is irritated from atrocities, crimes and aggressions of the Zionist regime and Israeli state terrorism which have destabilized various parts of the world and the Middle East, in particular. "The Zionist officials insolently and contrary to international law and regulations threaten Iran and these threats occurred in the 21st century and not in 19th century."" It is ridiculous to hear that the representative of the Zionist regime is talking about democracy and human rights, 'Tel Aviv regime's hands are stained with the bloods of thousands innocent people, he said./end
