Iran's Presidential Advisor Arrives In Beirut

Beirut, July 8, IRNA - Presidential Advisor Maryam Mojtahedzadeh arrived in Beirut on Saturday to attend the 30th anniversary of abduction of three Iranian diplomats and photographer of the Islamic Republic News Agency (IRNA).
She is to attend special ceremony to be held Saturday afternoon in ‘Iran Park’ near the zero border point with the Zionist regime.
On July 4, 1982, four Iranian nationals Mohsen Mousavi (diplomat and husband of the Iranian presidential advisor), Ahmad Motevaselian (Military attaché) Taqhi Rastegar Moqadam (staff) and Kazem Akhavan (IRNA photographer) were abducted by Zionists mercenaries.
Iran’s Ambassador to Beirut, Ghazanfar Roknabadi said holding the ceremony in the zero border point between Lebanon and Zionist regime is a warning on behalf of Iran and Resistance Front to the Zionist regime.
The ceremony indicates that the Zionist regime is responsible for the safety of the Iranian diplomats and Palestinian prisoners before the international community and human rights institutions, said the Iranian ambassador./end
