New Venezuelan Envoy Submits Credentials To Salehi

Tehran, March 13, IRNA – New Venezuelan Ambassador Amenhotep Zambrano submitted a copy of his credentials to the Iranian Foreign Minister Ali Akbar Salehi. During the meeting, Salehi expressed sorrow over the passing away of the Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez and hoped the heritage he has left behind by appointing credible personalities at top of affairs in the country would help the Venezuelan government and nation easily continue their path. Salehi also expressed hope that the two countries of Iran and Venezuela would further deepen ties.
