Visit of Hungarian President finishes

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ The President of Hungary Mr Janos Ader and his spouse Ms Anita Herczegh paid an official visit to Mongolia on April 14-16 by invitation of the President of Mongolia Ts.Elbegdorj. On Thursday morning, the President of Hungary finished the visit. Mr Ader and accompanying him officials were seen off on the “Chingis Khaan” international airport by L.Purevsuren, the Minister of Foreign Affairs; T.Gandi, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Mongolia to Hungary; and others. The Mongolian side considers the visit as fruitful. It has coincided with the 65th anniversary of the Mongolia-Hungary diplomatic relations. During the visit, the two sides established a cooperation program on the education and scientific areas for 2015-2017, by which a 100 Mongolian students will study in Hungarian universities and institutes every year with the Hungary government's scholarships. The Hungarian side expressed a willingness to collaborate with Mongolia in the environment, water purification, tree planting and agricultural sectors. In addition, the Hungarian side said it is possible to produce veterinary medicine for making healthier Mongolian livestock by renovating a factory of biochemicals in Songino settlement, and to export meat to the markets of Asia and Europe, so Hungary could become a logistics center of Mongolia in Europe. Moreover, Hungary has decided to re-open its Embassy in Mongolia this May. In frames of the visit, the two Presidents held officials talks. Mr Ader also met the Speaker of parliament and the Prime Minister.
