Chinese Official Urges Co-op With Iran

Beijing, May 21, IRNA – Deputy head of Shanghai Women Federation expressed interest in cooperation with Iranian centers dealing with women's affairs. In a meeting with Iranian cultural attaché in Shanghai, Li Ron said, “The role of Iranian women in its progress is interesting for us and we are keen on developing ties with the centers dealing with women's affairs.” Given the two countries’ ancient ties, they can use each other's experience, especially in the field of women, she said.
