Majlis Speaker Felicitates Lebanon On Liberation Day

Tehran, May 22, IRNA – Iran's Majlis Speaker Ali Larijani in separate messages on Tuesday extended congratulations to his Lebanese counterpart Nabih Berri and Hezbollah Leader Hassan Nasrallah on anniversary of the country's Liberation Day. In his messages, Larijani hailed the victory of the Islamic resistance movement against the Zionist regime in South Lebanon. On May 25, 2000, Lebanon's Islamic resistance defeated the Zionists' military forces which had occupied South Lebanon and made them leave the region./end
