General Prayuth acknowledged that additional 121 BTR-3E1 armoured vehicles imported from Ukraine will all be in operations by 2014.
As for another fleet of Oplot armoured vehicles from Ukraine, the army commander-in-chief said it is on its procurement process and is scheduled to arrive in Thailand, also phase-by-phase, by 2016. (TNA)
