Supreme Leader Pays Tribute To Imam Khomeini

Tehran, Jan 30, IRNA - Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei visited the mausoleum of the Father of the Islamic Revolution, the late Imam Khomeini and paid tribute to him Tuesday morning. The Supreme Leaderˈs visit took place as the Islamic Republic of Iran is preparing for the Ten-Day Dawn celebrations marking the victory anniversary of the 1979 Islamic Revolution. The Ten-Day Dawn period starts with the anniversary of the historic return of the late Imam Khomeini to the country from exile on February 1, 1979 and ends with the victory of the Islamic Revolution on February 11./end
