President Ilham Aliyev pardons group of prisoners

Baku, October 14 (AzerTAc). President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev, continuing humane principles and taking into account appeals of the family members and the commissioner for human rights to the head of state also considering the health, family conditions and good behavior of the prisoners during conviction, has today signed an executive order pardoning a group of prisoners. Under the act, 134 convicts have been released from the unserved prison term.
