Syrian PM: Iran’s Nuclear Success Marks Syrians’ Triumph

Tehran, Nov 30, IRNA -- Syrian Prime Minister Wael Nader al-Halqi says Iran’s nuclear success will serve as a prelude to Syrian nation’s victory. Speaking to reporters upon arrival in Tehran, al-Halqi congratulated Iranian nation on its big success and historical achievement in reaching accord with the G5+1 and said it marks beginning to Syrian nation’s triumph. He said it was his sixth visit to Iran, with the main goal being congratulations to Iranians on the nuclear accord. He added that among other aims of the visit is promoting ties with Iran. He said the talks with Iranian officials will concern political, economic and other topics./end
