Hallandale Beach City Commission commemorates Khojaly tragedy victims

Washington, March 2, AZERTAC City Commission of Hallandale Beach, Florida, US, has commemorated Khojaly tragedy victims. Hallandale Beach Mayor Joy Cooper presented a proclamation on Khojaly Remembrance Day to head of the Azerbaijani American Cultural Association Tohfa Eminova.
