HRH the Crown Prince, Indonesia’s President Hold Talks, Co-Chair First Coordination Council Meeting

Jeddah, July 2, 2025, SPA -- His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, welcomed President of the Republic of Indonesia Prabowo Subianto on Wednesday at Al-Salam Palace in Jeddah.
   A formal reception ceremony was held for the president.
   HRH the Crown Prince held an official session of talks with the Indonesian president, during which he welcomed him to the Kingdom. President Subianto expressed his pleasure with the visit and the meeting.
   The session reviewed the relations between the two brotherly countries and explored avenues for cooperation across various fields, as well as ways to further strengthen these ties. The two sides also discussed the latest regional and international developments and the efforts being made to address them, in addition to topics of mutual concern.
   Following the talks, HRH the Crown Prince and President Subianto co-chaired the first meeting of the Saudi-Indonesian Supreme Coordination Council and signed its minutes. The meeting addressed a number of key issues on the agenda in the presence of the council members.
   Saudi officials attending the talks and the coordination council meeting included Minister of Energy Prince Abdulaziz bin Salman bin Abdulaziz; Deputy Governor of Makkah Region Prince Saud bin Mishal bin Abdulaziz; Minister of State and Cabinet Member Prince Turki bin Mohammed bin Fahd bin Abdulaziz; Minister of Sport Prince Abdulaziz bin Turki bin Faisal; Minister of Interior Prince Abdulaziz bin Saud bin Naif bin Abdulaziz; Minister of National Guard Prince Abdullah bin Bandar bin Abdulaziz; and Minister of Defense Prince Khalid bin Salman bin Abdulaziz.
   Also present were Minister of Foreign Affairs Prince Faisal bin Farhan bin Abdullah; Minister of State, Cabinet Member, and National Security Adviser Dr. Musaed bin Mohammed Al-Aiban; Minister of Hajj and Umrah Dr. Tawfig Al-Rabiah; Minister of Commerce Dr. Majid Al-Kassabi; Minister of Finance Mohammed Aljadaan; Minister of Human Resources and Social Development Ahmed Al-Rajhi; and Advisor at the Royal Court Mohammed bin Mazyad Al-Tuwaijri. Saudi Ambassador to Indonesia Faisal Al-Amudi also attended.
   From the Indonesian side, attendees included Coordinating Minister for Food Affairs Zulkifli Hasan; Minister of Foreign Affairs Sugiono; Minister of Religious Affairs Dr. Nasaruddin Umar; Minister of Investment and Industry and Head of the Investment Coordinating Board (BKPM) Rosan Roeslani; Head of the Hajj Affairs Agency Mochamad Irfan Yusuf; Secretary of the Cabinet Teddy Indra Wijaya; Ambassador of Indonesia to the Kingdom Dr. Abdul Aziz Ahmad; Director General for Asia, Pacific, and Africa at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Abdul Kadir Jailani; and a number of officials.
