Many Coal Mines in DPRK Fulfill First Half-Yearly Plans
Pyongyang, June 27 (KCNA) -- Amid the heightening production enthusiasm of coal miners in the DPRK, many coal mines carried out their first half-yearly plans.
By creating favorable production conditions, coal miners of the Phunggok Youth Coal Mine under the Pukchang Area Youth Coal-mining Complex produced tens of thousands of more tons of coal in the first half of the year than planned.
Through collective innovation, coal miners at the Namyang Coal Mine of the Tokchon Area Coal-mining Complex carried out their first half-yearly plan until June 18.
The Samnok Coal Mine under the Kaechon Area Coal-mining Complex and Ripsok, Sinni, Ryongnim, Chili and Chongnam coal mines under the Anju Area Coal-mining Complex produced more coal than planned every day.
The Kangan Coal Mine of the Onsong Area Coal-mining Complex and the Kukdong Coal Mine of the Myongchon Area Coal-mining Complex applied valuable technical innovation proposals, improved the performance of the face equipment, and maintained the hauling track well to increase coal production. -0-
