Prospects for Kyrgyz-Chinese cooperation discussed in Bishkek

Bishkek, Feb. 11, 2026. /Kabar/. Deputy Foreign Minister Almaz Imangaziev met with Chinese Ambassador to Kyrgyzstan Liu Jiangping.

During the conversation, they exchanged views on the current state of Kyrgyz-Chinese bilateral cooperation and promising areas for further development.

Special attention was paid to deepening trade and economic ties, cultural and humanitarian interaction, as well as developing dialogue in the field of visa policy and protecting the rights and interests of citizens of both countries.

The parties expressed their mutual interest in maintaining regular contacts and reaffirmed their commitment to further developing mutually beneficial bilateral cooperation.
