Production of Custom-built Equipment Completed in Machine-building Industry of DPRK

 Pyongyang, October 13 (KCNA) -- According to Rodong Sinmun, the machine-building industry of the DPRK has finished the production of custom-built equipment necessary for implementing the Workers' Party of Korea's policy on regional development this year.
The Taean Heavy Machine Complex newly explored and introduced jigs and equipment and manufactured large parts of food-processing machines. Kusong and Mangyongdae machine tool factories and the Sariwon Boiler Factory manufactured various kinds of equipment as required by technical indices while giving priority to technical design and ensuring proper process-by-process engagement.
The Wonsan Ventilator Factory and the Pyongyang Mining Machine Factory produced custom-built equipment in a perfect way while reinforcing the jigs and equipment and improving the technical level of skilled workers.
The Pyongyang Electric Cable General Factory 326 introduced several technical innovation proposals and ensured proper process-by-process engagement to produce much more electric cables.
The Sariwon Mining Machine Factory, the Munchon Valve Factory, Ryangchaek and Pyongyang bearing factories, and other units, too, brought about remarkable successes in the production of various kinds of equipment and parts. -0-
