MALAYSIA RESEARCH TEAM DUE IN YEMEN NEXT WEEK

SANA'A, June 16(Saba) - A scientific research team from the Malaysian Quality, Innovation and Export Development Center
is due in Hadramout province next Saturday, the state-run 26sep.net said on Sunday.

The team's visit comes within the framework of cooperation agreements between the two countries' chambers of industry and commerce that were signed late last month, director
general of the Hadramout chamber of industry and commerce Badr Ba Salma said.

The Malaysian team will familiarize with development projects in the province and study the possibility of improving the national industrial facilities.

At the first stage, the Malaysian center will focus on strengthening the capabilities of the Hadramout industry and commerce chamber for improving the Yemeni product quality
particularly the fish products.

The Malaysian Center for Quality, Innovation and Export Development plays a vital role in the success of the Malaysian industrial policies since it enhances the quality of the Malaysian products.
