PRESIDENT PAYS ATTENTION TO CULTURAL HERITAGE PROTECTION

Ulaanbaatar, /MONTSAME/ The State Head Ts.Elbegdorj convened Tuesday a meeting of some officials in order to consider an issue of registering national cultural heritage in the UNESCO. After receiving reports, Elbegdorj gave them with some directions.
Present at the meeting were Yo.Otgonbayar, the Minister of Education, Culture and Science; the Foreign Minister G.Zandanshatar; the Vice Minister of Education Ch.Kulanda; and N.Urtnasan, a secretary-general of the UNESCO's Mongolian National Commission.
The State Head gave certain tasks to the officials regarding a protection of the national heritage at the policy levels.
