Experts to discuss Persian and Turkish music in Tehran
TEHRAN, Jan. 23 (MNA) -- Tehran's Rudaki Hall will host an academic conference on the commonalities between Persian and Turkish music on March 15.
Music expert Mohammadreza Sherili will lecture during the event and Sanaz Nakhjavani on qanun and Golnaz Golsavadi on santur will perform selected music.
The conference on common origins of traditional music in Iran and Turkey will be held by the Ava-y Mehrabani Institute.
