'Iran’s successes in repelling soft war to be revealed soon'
TEHRAN, Jan. 27 (MNA) – The deputy intelligence minister said that good news regarding Iran’s achievements to repel the soft war will be announced in the near future.
He made the remarks at a conference held on Tuesday to examine strategies that domestic media outlets should take to counter soft war techniques.
“Efforts made to repel enemies’ techniques of soft war have yielded result. These efforts will bring an end to the soft war against Iran,” the official said.
Currently the enemies have mounted a virtual assault against Iran by spending hefty budgets for soft war but “we will break good news about our victory in the soft war within the next few days,” he said.
Iran has experienced various kinds of wars - military and non-military - after the victory of the Islamic Revolution and has always emerged successful, he noted.
The main goal of the soft war is toppling the governments which are reliant on their nations and establishing ruling systems which are dependant on foreign world powers, he stated.
He went on to say that cultural assault and infiltration of corrupt persons and officials into governmental organizations are among other tactics of soft war.
