AMBASSADOR MEETS BURYATIA'S VICE PRESIDENT
Ulaanbaatar, /MONTSAME/ The Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Mongolia to the Russian Federation (RF) D.Idevkhten met Tuesday A.A.Lekhatinov, a head of Buryatia's Permanent Representative to Russia's President and Vice President of Buryatia.
At the beginning of the meeting, the Ambassador said he is holding fact-finding meetings these days with key leaders and officials of Russia since he had presented his diplomatic credentials and took the office. "I want to start a collaboration with them for the sake of common interests," he added. The Ambassador mentioned a vital importance of similar culture, language, custom of the people of Mongolia and Buryatia and shared views on some issues.
Lekhatinov spoke about some measures Russia's government and Buryatia have been taking to boost the bilateral cooperation and regional ties. He expressed a willingness to import products and attract investments from Mongolia.
