Jakarta, Jan 28 (ANTARA) - The personal wealth of Coordinating Minister for Economic Affairs Hatta Radjasa increased by Rp5 billion in the five-year period 2004 -2009.
Data on Radjasa's wealth were announced by the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) here on Thursday.
According KPK's report on state administrators' personal wealth, Radjasa's assets increased from Rp9.63 billion on November 4, 2004 to Rp14.8 billion on November 23, 2009.
The increase in Radjasa's wealth involved his stationary assets -- land and buildings - which were recorded at Rp11.5 billion on November 23, 2009, or up from Rp4.6 billion on November 4, 2004.
"Most of the increases were due to appreciations in the sales value of the taxable assets (NJOP)," Radjasa said, admitting that he had 13 plots of land and several buildings in Bandung, Palembang, South Jakarta, Tangerang, and South Lampung.
He said he got most of his stationary assets from his private business since 1983 to 1990.
