BUMN'S 100DAY PROGRAM ACCOMPLISHED

Jakarta, Jan 30 (ANTARA) - State Enterprises (BUMN) Minister Mustafa Abubakar said here on Saturday the first 100 days program of his office was 100 percent completed.

"The implementation of the program is in line with what was planned," Mustafa said, adding that the target had been achieved.
He said one of the achievement of BUMN ministry's program was reflected in the solution of electricity and energy problems.
"Electricity deficit which caused power blackouts recently in Jakarta and its vicinity has been settled as scheduled," the BUMN minister said.
Mustafa said the target of fixing voltage regulator and additional power supply to Jakarta and its surrounding areas were completed on December 16, 2009, while for outside Java it has been even better although there was still a deficit.
He added that at the same time the re-structuring and reform at the state electricity company PT PLN was also completed.
While at the state oil company PT Pertamina at present, the program has entered its completing phase, although replacement of a number of its management boards had yet to be done.
At a Pertamina stake holders general meeting on Wednesday, January 27, 2010, Mustafa said that in the company' Work Plan and Budget 2010 (RKAP 2010), the profit rise to 65 percent was agreed.
In banking sector, Mustafa said the Intial Public Offer (IPO) share of bank BTN at the end of 2009 was successful, and "Go Public" BTN was part of financial performance improvement strategy through privatization with IPO type.
According to him, the problem of PT Garunda Indonesia debt to Bank Mandiri had also been settled.
Besides being a spearhead of the improvement in People's Credit Business (KUR), the BUMN bank was also the partner of national sugar plant revitalization program.
While in telecommunication sector, Mustafa said PT Telkom had started to build Palapa Ring project in cooperation with the Institute of National Aviation and Space (Lapan) in satellite development.
