Party of Regions confident of Yanukovich`s run-off victory.

KIEV, February 4 (Itar-Tass) - Ukraine's Party of Regions has
expressed confidence in the victory of its leader Viktor Yanukovich in the
run-off election on February 7, a member of the party, Anna German, told
Itar-Tass on Wednesday.
"We hope that a ten percent gap that was registered in the first round
will remain on February 7. I will even note that this gap will even grow,"
she said.
"Domestic sociological surveys give us such optimistic forecast,"
German said.
According to the central election commission, in the first round of
the presidential election Yanukovich gained support of 35.32 percent of
voters and Prime Minister Yulia Timoshenko - 25.05 percent.
