Symposium on investment in Yemen to be held in Beirut

Sana'a, June 21 (Saba)- The General Investment Authority (GIA) is
organizing a symposium on investment in Yemen in the Lebanese
capital, Beirut, on Saturday to introduce merits and investment
opportunities in the county.

Head of the Promotion Sector at GIA Muntaha Ali made clear that the
symposium, which is organized by the authority in cooperation with
the Yemeni embassy in Beirut, will be promoting and showing
investment opportunities in Yemen and will introduce merits and
facilities granted by the Yemeni Law of Investment.

Ali noted that the symposium comes within the framework of promotion
campaigns implemented by GIA in Arab and foreign countries to
attract investors.

She made clear that a delegation headed by GIA chairman Salah
al-Attar will take part in the symposium, in addition to a
participation by a number of businessmen and investors.
