AVTOVAZ to manufacture extra 2,700 cars in June
SAMARA, June 21 (Itar-Tass) - Russia's AVTOVAZ announced Saturday,
June 21, a working day, the company's press service told Itar-Tass. The company is to work on Saturday due to the continuing high demand for AVTOVAZ products.
The next Saturday, June 28, will be a workday as well.
The production in June therefore will increase by 2,700 cars and car sets.
Increased production will replenish dealers' stocks of models,
modifications and colors.
The Saturday shifts have been coordinated with the company's trade
union. The necessary amendments have been introduced to the schedules of
company kindergartens, canteens and medical centers, as well as passenger transport's.
