REFORMS IN AZERI ARMED FORCES SUCCESS, NATO LIAISON OFFICER IN SOUTH CAUCASUS
Baku, June 23 (AzerTAj) - NATO Liaison Officer in the South Caucasus region, Zbigniew Rybacki, praised reforms in Azerbaijan’s armed forces.
In a letter addressed to the country`s Defense Ministry, Rybacki said as a NATO officer, he is impressed at the progress achieved by the Azerbaijani servicemen.
