Governor Matviyenko to take part in ski race.

ST.PETERSBURG, February 14 (Itar-Tass) - St. Petersburg Governor
Valentina Matviyenko and ministers of the city administration will take
part in the 'Ski-Track of Russia' race on Sunday.
About twenty athletes and ordinary citizens will try themselves at
distances of five and ten kilometers.
Pupils of St. Petersburg sport schools will be the first to set off.
Residents of all city neighbourhoods will follow them.
Governor Valentina Matviyenko will head a two-kilometre race.
All winners will receive medals, diplomas and memory prizes.
Special prizes will be awarded to the oldest and youngest participants.
