INCREASE OF MILITARY BUDGET REFLECTS AZERBAIJAN`S COMPREHENSIVE DEVELOPMENT
Baku, 24 June, (AzerTAj)Increasing military spending just reflects Azerbaijan’s comprehensive development; it is not the country’s aim, said Khazar Ibrahim, Azerbaijan’s Foreign Ministry Press Secretary, commenting on the last statement of Daniel Fried, Assistant Secretary of State for European and Eurasian Affairs.
He said there was rapid development in economic, political, as well as defense
spheres in Azerbaijan, and the country as a leader of the region should use this
situation for resolving the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict.
