Ulaanbaatar,/MONTSAME/ International masters of sports E.Ochirsuren and Kh.Khash-Erdene have competed in the 2010 Vancouver Winter Olympics. They attended in the women's and men's cross country events.
The female athlete of Mongolia E.Ochirsuren took 74th place out of athletes of 78 countries, whereas the female one Kh.Khash-Erdene was ranked at 86th out of his counterparts from 94 countries.

Mongolian judoists have won medals in the World Cup competitions held in Austria. Twice silver medalist of the Youth World Championships D.Tomorkhuleg became a champion in the weight category of men's 60 kg. He had a bye in the first round and defeated his counterparts of Italy, Uzbekistan, Austria and Japan.
A champion of World Masters S.Miaragchaa won a silver medal in the men's 66 kg by defeating judoists from the Netherlands, Italy, Austria and Brazil. He was defeated by a judoist of Slovenia.

State Honored Athletes B.Naranbaatar, Enkhjargal and O.Burmaa took part in the 38th international free-style tournaments named after Yasar Dogu held in Stanbul, Turkey. The competitions brought together some 300 wrestlers of 17 countries.
A medalist of World Championships B.Naranbaatar B.Naranbaatar won a silver medal in the men's 55 weight category, and O.Burmaa won a silver medal in the weight category of women's 72 kg. They gained cash prizes of USD 1,000 each.
