Timoshenko`s chance of staying PM is `daydream`-Party of Regions.

KIEV, February 20 (Itar-Tass) -- Ukraine's Party of Regions, whose
leader, Viktor Yanukovich has been elected president, are certain that
Yulia Timoshenko will soon leave the seat of the head of the Cabinet.
"A situation where Timoshenko may retain premiership is a daydream,"
Ukrainian parliament member Nikolai Azarov, of the Party of Regions, said
on Ukraine's Inter television channel on Friday evening.
About the litigation Timoshenko initiated after losing the second
round of the February 7 presidential election, Azarov said, "We have
strong nerves, we shall manage to hold on."
"Viktor Fyodorovich (Yanukovich) is not someone who can be easily
thrown off balance. He will strictly stick to the policy he has conducted
throughout the presidential election campaign. The economic situation in
the country is catastrophic and every new day Timoshenko stays in office
causes things to get worse. The country is on the brink of an abyss,"
Azarov said.
On Friday, the Ukrainian parliament registered a draft resolution on
the responsibility of the Cabinet, authored by Alexander Yefremov, of the
Regions Party.
Earlier, Yanukovich and his entourage urged Timoshenko to step down of
her own accord. The prime minister responded that she had no intention of
doing so and that only Ukraine's parliament could vote her out of office.
