PROPERTY MARKET SET TO REBOUND THIS YEAR, SAYS POLL

KUALA LUMPUR, Feb 23 (Bernama) -- The property market is set to rebound this
year, according to an online poll by Malaysian property website,
iProperty.com.Malaysia

The results of the online poll on property price movement for 2010 were
released Tuesday by iProperty.com Malaysia

The Country Manager of iProperty.com Malaysia, Ken Tsurumaru said in a
statement that from the poll, it could be concluded that Malaysians are very
optimistic over the property market this year.

The pool also showed that thirty-four per cent of respondents expect prices
to increase between one to nine per cent.
