Six Russian tourists injured in road accident in India (adds).

NEW DELHI, February 23 (Itar-Tass) - Six people were injured in a road
accident involving a minibus with Russian tourists in northern India,
sources from the Russian Embassy to India reported earlier on Tuesday.
The sources said injuries were not grave. "They are all conscious and
receive medical aid in hospital," they added. The tourists arrived in
India from the Sverdlovsk region. They were heading for the city of
Rishkesh (Uttarakhand state) for yoga classes.
The Toyota Innova minibus was driven by an Indian. According to early
reports, he violated road rules on a narrow strip of the road and drove
onto incoming traffic, colliding with a truck. The injured Russian
tourists were rushed to hospital in the city of Hadriwar.
The consular department of the Russian Embassy to India remains in
close touch with the injured Russian nationals.
