M'SIA CAN ASSIST GHANA'S OIL AND GAS INDUSTRY - GHANA HIGH COMMISSIONER

KUALA LUMPUR, March 6 (Bernama) -- Malaysia can play an important role in
the oil and gas industry in Ghana by assisting in human resource development
and providing technical expertise, said Ghana's High Commissioner to Malaysia
Daniel Kwasi Abodakpi.

He said Ghana could learn a lot about the oil and gas sector from Malaysia's
national oil corporation, Petronas and sustain a good colloboration with the oil
ginaty in future.

"This afternoon, I met up with top officials from Petronas and discussed
finding ways in building collobaration between Petronas and Ghana's National
Petroleum Corporation," he told Bernama after the launching the high
commission's new website here Friday night..

The event was also in conjuction with Ghana's 53rd independence
anniversary. It was also attended by Deputy Foreign Minister A. Kohilan
Pillay.
