CARLSON WAGONLIT TRAVEL OFFERS CONFERENCE BOOKING SERVICE IN ASIA PACIFIC

SINGAPORE, March 9 (Bernama) - Carlson Wagonlit Travel (CWT), which
specialises in business travel management, has launched a new offering in Asia
Pacific specifically for booking conference tickets.

CWT has teamed up with Conference Bay, an online conference booking company,
which specialising in acquiring tickets and connecting business travellers to
conferences around the world.

In a statement Tuesday, the company said the seamless conference booking
service complemented CWT's existing meetings and event services in Asia Pacific
and was available exclusively to CWT clients.

All clients have to do is to contact CWT Meetings & Events and indicate the
conference they want to attend.

The CWT Meetings & Events team will then book the conference ticket and
negotiate the best price besides coordinating with the CWT corporate travel team
to make the necessary travel arrangements.

"The process we have developed builds on the strengths of our respective
organisations," said Conference Bay Founder & Chief Executive Officer Arnout
Mostert.

He said CWT clients would experience more convenience when booking a
conference ticket together with flights and hotels, saving them significant
amounts of money, through the companies' relations with conference organisers.

A list of conferences can be accessed via a dedicated website
www.conferencebay.com/cwt, which provides a user-friendly search engine that
sorts conferences by topic or by discipline.

Through this new service, clients can also book conferences that are not
listed on the website, giving them access to any conference worldwide.
